Royal Harbor

Royal Harbor is a waterfront community located on the Eastern shore of Naples Bay. Located in the heart of Naples, this community is just minutes away from the fine dining and shopping of 5th Avenue and Old Naples. All of the beautiful homes in this community are all waterfront properties with direct access to Naples Bay and Gordon Pass to the Gulf of Mexico.

Royal Harbor is considered a boaters dream. This community is one of the less expensive options for Naples’ waterfront properties. Similar to communities such as Port Royal and Aqualane shores, home buyers view Royal Harbor as a viable alternative due to its price and acceptance. Boating enthusiasts love Royal Harbor due to its deep waterways for docking and bridge-less access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Developed in the 1960’s through the 1970’s, this community consists of over 400 single-family homes. Many of the homes have been torn down over the last 15 years, with new grand luxury waterfront estates taking their place. Royal Harbor real estate is considered one of the better values for those seeking a direct access waterfront property. All of the waterfront homes include a boat dock. Home buyers should inure as to the water depth of the canal to access Naples Bay. Some of the canals can support deep draft sail boats, while other are limited to shallow draft power boats.

Prices in this community start in the mid 900’s and can go up to $5.5 million. The original older homes are usually on the lower end of the spectrum. The newer, luxury custom built homes are going to be at the higher end of the price point. The community’s HOA fees are some of the lowest in Naples. Dues are only $50 per year. The roadways are public roads maintained by the City of Naples. The Association manages the common areas and enforcement of the bylaws, rules and regulations.
